Why
Why does a Jeddah café need a menu written in Arabic, not translated?
- Your guests read Arabic first. The menu is the most-read thing in your café, and if it was machine-translated, the first thing they see is a mistake.
- An item's name is part of your identity. Flat white, Spanish latte and Saudi coffee from the dallah are written the way Jeddah says them, not the way a program translates them.
- Prices change and seasons change. A paper menu you reprint; an e-menu you change with one WhatsApp message, live within one working day.

Send us your café's name and your current menu (a photo, a PDF or your Instagram). We reply within 24 hours, usually with a demo of your menu.
You see the demo for free and tell us what to change. You pay nothing before you say yes.
After your yes, your menu is live within 48 hours. Printed QR stickers for your tables are included.

How long until the menu is on my tables?
You see a free demo of your menu first. After your yes, it is live within 48 hours. Printed QR stickers for your tables are included. Any change after that is live within one working day.
Who writes the Arabic names and descriptions?
We write them in the Arabic your Jeddah guests actually read, not a machine translation, and we write the English with them. Ibrahim reviews every item and price before delivery. If you want a word changed, one WhatsApp message is enough.
Does the menu show calories?
Yes. Your menu comes with a calories field on every item, filled with your own figures.
What if I don't like it, or I stop paying?
Full refund within the first 30 days. After that, cancel with 30 days' notice. If a payment is late, we warn you one week ahead; then the menu pauses, and it comes back as soon as the payment arrives.
