What you get
A menu designed for your café alone, in Arabic and English, on your own link, with a printed QR kit for the tables. We host the menu, look after it, and make your changes.
The demo and your yes
You see a free demo of your menu before you pay anything. When you say yes to the demo, your menu goes live within 48 hours of that yes, and you pay the first month when you say yes.
Price
149 SAR a month, or 1,490 SAR a year up front (pay ten months, get twelve). Your 149 SAR price stays locked for you while you stay subscribed. The build is on us; there is no build fee. Prices are final. No VAT is added. Prices in other currencies are as shown on the page; each currency has its own fee list, and nothing is converted at the day's rate.
Changes
Any change you ask for (a price, an item, a photo, a sold-out dish) is sent on WhatsApp and is live within one working day. There is no limit on the number of changes.
Replies
We reply on WhatsApp within 24 hours.
Refund and cancellation
Full refund within the first 30 days. After that, cancel with 30 days' notice, no questions asked.
Late payment
If a payment is late, we warn you one week ahead. If the payment has not arrived after that week, the menu pauses. It comes back as soon as the payment arrives.
The QR code
The code printed on your tables never changes. The link stays the same; the menu behind it is what changes.
Your content
You are responsible for the accuracy of the items, prices and information you send us, and for having the right to use your photos and logo. We show what you send, as designed and checked. Your photos and words are yours; we hand them over whenever you ask.
The menus shown on our site
The menus on our homepage were designed as previews for real cafés so you can judge the work. Their owners are not our clients.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we update the date at the top of this page and tell current clients on WhatsApp before any change that affects them takes effect.
